Downstairs, a second living space with a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound creates a cozy retreat for movie nights, reading, or relaxing after time on the slopes.

The kitchen centers the home with Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors that add welcome warmth during winter mornings. Its layout keeps conversations easy as meals come together, and the balcony BBQ offers a spot to grill while taking in the snowy backdrop. A dining table and breakfast bar accommodate shared meals before or after days outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms comfortably host up to ten guests. On the upper floor, the primary bedroom includes a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. Nearby, a second bedroom features a queen bed, gas fireplace, and access to a private deck, while a third bedroom offers another queen bed with wardrobe storage. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these rooms. On the lower level, a fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub, and a fifth bedroom offers another king-split bed with access to a nearby bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
