This spacious and well appointed 3BR 2.5BA offers a fireplace as well as a deck with a firepit and grill. There is also a 2 car heated garage with parking allowed for an additional 1 vehicle in front of the garage for a total parking space of 3 vehicles.
This unit is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the Wildernest subdivision of Silverthorne. A spacious Great Room in each unit features ample plush seating, a 50 inch Smart TV (NO CABLE), and a gas fireplace. Appointed with a suite of full-size appliances and a plethora of smaller appliances including an air-fryer, crockpot, blender, etc. This well equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal. The dining room table offers seating for 6, with additional seating for 3 at the bar.
The mountain-view master suite is outfitted with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination.
Two additional bedrooms one featuring a queen bed and the other featuring a queen over queen bunk bed the lower level, while the guest bathroom between them is configured with a tub/shower combination. Another half bath on the main level provides added convenience.
All bedrooms have Smart TV's. After fun-filled days on the slopes, gather around the gas fire pit found on the deck or inside. The deck is also equipped with a gas grill. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars (two in the heated garage and one in the driveway).
