This beautiful 4th story premium end unit has unbeatable ocean views. The living area is tastefully done in a contemporary fashion. It has a large sectional couch, and two swivel chairs. There is a 65 inch HD TV in living room. This unit portrays beautiful panoramic glassed-in views. The living areas flow together with beautiful Italian-tiled floors and turtle glass windows and sliders that were just installed throughout the villa. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops and wood cabinetry. It also has four counter high stools for the breakfast area. There is an intimate area off the kitchen with a cabaret table and three barstools – a great spot for enjoying the evening sunsets. The dining room has panoramic ocean views and includes a large table and eight chairs. A sliding glass door from the kitchen leads to the enclosed porch that is comfortably furnished with a loveseat, chair with ottoman, and a swivel chair.
