Summary: We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament and had a great experience. The location was perfect—an easy walk to downtown Frisco and the Dillon Lake dock area, plus a quick drive to the northern Breck fields and grocery stores. We loved relaxing by the pool and hot tub after games and grilling on the patio in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked for simple family meals, and the sleeping setup was just right for us. One night got a bit loud with guests next door returning from the bars, but the hosts had thoughtfully provided ear plugs and sleep masks—great touch! All in all, a fantastic stay. We’d happily return!
