3210 Windsor Court South is a fully renovated, beautifully decorated one bedroom, two bathroom villa with a spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. Located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation, the 2nd floor balcony boasts sweeping views of the gorgeous grass lawn, coupled with lush tropical landscaping and tall palm trees. Welcome to paradise!
Upon entering the villa, to the right is the full guest bathroom offering a tiled shower with a glass door and granite top vanity. The entry foyer flows into the open dining room complete with wainscoting and a glass topped dining table that seats four. The fully equipped updated kitchen with granite counter tops, refinished cabinetry and stainless steel appliances is to the left and a breakfast bar offers additional seating for three. In a separate closet within the kitchen is the stacked washer and dryer. By the kitchen window is a small café style table that seats two. The kitchen is open to the spacious living area which features large windows allowing in plenty of natural light and a sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean over the beautiful landscaped grounds. Throughout the villa are beautiful ceramic tile floors with wood-like features.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a new queen sleeper sofa, matching loveseat and plush armchair with upscale beach theme fabric and throw pillows. The driftwood color TV stand contains a stereo, DVD player, books, puzzles and a 50” HDTV. The new ceiling fan and table lamps complement the living area and offer soft-glow lighting, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony, which has a table and four chairs, allowing guests to enjoy their morning coffee while watching the sunrise.
The ceramic tile floor extends into the master bedroom which has a king size bed, luxury bedding and a wall mounted 32” HDTV. The driftwood color bedroom set mimics the beach theme décor seen throughout this spectacular villa. A spacious walk-in closet offers plenty of storage for the many purchases you are sure to make while visiting Hilton Head Island. This room also has a large sliding glass door that leads to the balcony shared with the living room. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning and seeing the ocean! The fully remodeled master bathroom has a large soaking tub, walk-in tiled shower with a large glass door and a granite top vanity.
The Windsor Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers and a gas grilling area just off of the beach. There is also an elevator and covered parking for your convenience. 3210 Windsor Court South is a beautiful, bright and luxurious space for you to enjoy the ocean views from bed, a sea breeze out on the balcony, and all of the amenities that Windsor Court South and Palmetto Dunes have to offer.
