Sleeps comfortably 13 adults plus 2 full size mattresses and 2 twin mattresses as well as 3 blow ups some bedding provided, please bring extra blankets. Large sofa can sleep three additional. Over sized living area with view of lake with two over sized dining tables to seat 19. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens, two sinks, side by side fridge/freezer, gas range, washer and dryer. Outside entertaining area with covered patio, fire pit, gas and charcoal grill, and ample seating for all. Hammocks, swings for children, ping pong table, trampoline, basketball hoop, and air hockey table. Wood closet stocked with wood for winter. Fishing doc just off of patio fully stocked with bass, rock bass, and catfish catch and release please! Cattle grazing on property with barn onsite. Driveway parks up to 15 vehicles.
