The ideal 3 bedroom villa in Palmetto Dunes Queens Grant community, featuring the biggest deck with the best location overlooking the 2nd hole of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course plus lush views of the lagoon. This two-story villa was remodeled in 2021 with new furniture, modern kitchen and spa-like bathrooms. Ideal for families or groups coming to Palmetto Dunes for the top ranked Tennis & Pickleball Center, Golf outings or a family vacation at the beach.
The main living area offers a large open floor plan with grey sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and 55" SMART TV with cable and all digital access. The living room opens to the dining area that features a wood table with six chairs and leads into the open kitchen with marble counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.
The primary bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, 40" Roku TV and a large en-suite bathroom with a designer walk-in shower and double vanity. The bedroom also includes a desk to complete any “work from anywhere” tasks and private access to the spacious back deck.
Upstairs you will find the remaining guest bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity sink and a tub and shower combo.
