Welcome to 765 Queen’s Grant, a spacious three-bedroom villa located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. Nestled along the scenic 11-mile lagoon system, this villa offers tranquility and comfort for the whole family. The fully-equipped kitchen is designed for convenience, with ample storage and everything you need to prepare family meals. A pass-through connects the kitchen to the dining area, which comfortably seats eight. Adjacent to the dining area, the living room features contemporary beach-style furniture, a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping capacity, an HDTV, and sliding doors leading to a private deck.
The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an HDTV, private deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a granite-topped vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Also on the main floor, the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a granite-topped vanity and a tub/shower combination.
