Summary: Charming old farm-style cottage with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Sitting on the wooden deck, sipping coffee kindly provided by the host and watching the sun rise over the trees and open field out back was spectacular. Location is great (close to Athens, GA which made traveling to and from the UGA football game easy) and setting is beautiful. The property is within walking distance of coffee shop and restaurants in Watkinsville. Our host had the house stocked with essentials, water, soda and snacks which was greatly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a more gracious host or more suitable property for our stay in GA. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone wanting an authentic southern country experience.
