Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Florida villa opens up to its own swimming pool(heated for additional fee + advance notice)with a spacious screened lanai, fully equipped for outdoor eating, a Weber grill and a wonderful view of the Flamingo golf course.
The home comfortably sleeps up to six people. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and large en-suite bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower. Second and Third bedrooms both have king beds share a full bathroom with shower/tub.
The spacious open kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a double oven. It is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure and has breakfast bar stools as well as a separate dining table with seating for six.
The great room has a large flat screen TV and Wi-Fi access. TV is also provided in the Primary and one secondary bedroom. There is ample parking with a 2 car garage. Eagle Creek Park biking and walking trails are just minutes away for the fit at heart.
This private vacation home is situated in the Falcons Glen Community of the award winning Lely Golf Resort. It is close to all that the Naples/Marco Island area has to offer. Public golf courses, beaches, shopping, and fine/casual dining are all within a 20 minute drive. Southwest International Airport and the Baseball Major League Training facilities are located 40 minutes away in Ft Myers.
