This is a family friendly house with plenty of outdoor space for kids to play. The kitchen is fully equipped and bunkroom is set up with two bunk beds that sleep four total and a smart tv so the kids can relax after a long day of fishing or swimming at the beach. Two bedrooms run off the main air conditioner. The other two bedrooms have minisplit AC units.
