This villa features 11 pools including an 11,500 square-foot Lagoon Pool, Lagoon Pool cabana rentals, Kid’s splash pad, 2 on-site restaurants, a par-3 executive golf course, 10 Plexicushion tennis courts, Beach service, Fitness Center, 3 Pickleball courts, & more.

Our main living area is designed to provide you with a comfortable and inviting space during your stay. As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features cozy seating arrangements, including a sleeper sofa and armchairs. A full guest bathroom is located downstairs as well.
KITCHEN & DINING - LAUNDRY
Granite countertops, brand-new appliances, new cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a beautiful dining area with a dining table that seats 6 & kitchen bar! A full-size washer and dryer are available to use in the room right by the kitchen.

MASTER BEDROOM w/ PRIVATE BALCONY
The master bedroom is spacious and elegantly furnished, boasting a comfortable king-size bed with premium linens and pillows. You'll have plenty of storage space for your belongings with a large closet or a dresser.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a beautifully done, walk-in shower and vanity. The highlight of the master bedroom is undoubtedly the private balcony. Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding golf course.
BEDROOM #2 w/ TWIN BUNK BEDS
Our upstairs guest bedroom is a cozy and comfortable space designed to accommodate both individuals and families. It features a combination of a full-size bed and twin bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for various guest configurations. The guest bedroom features a flat-screen TV with streaming services. There is also an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo.
***OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE***
Starting 3/15/23 GUEST REGISTRATION is required for this property. The guest registration fee is $50 per stay (regardless of duration). A second vehicle may be added for $30.

You have an access bridge that walks directly to the lagoon pool, children’s splash pad, and the resort's beach access.
