Centrally located in a historic neighborhood. 2 Bed room (King Size Memory Foam Sleep Number Bed and Queen Size Memory Foam Sleep Number), One fold out couch that sleeps two. Complete Kitchen, Family Room with leather furniture, 54 inch Flat Screen TV with Cable, WIFI, Multi-Level Deck, privacy wood fence, Route 66 medal art on wood fence, Stocked Bar, outdoor in ground pool, Jacuzzi, Hammock, Spacious Back Yard. Great Neighborhood. Less than a mile from all major concert venues and Universities. Centrally located to Downtown, Springfield Cardinals Ball Park and all the major Universities. Walking distance (Cherry and Pickwick streets, Tie and Timber Brewery and Team Taco), great dining and beverages, check out Cherry Pickers, Tea Bar and Bites,IMOs Pizza, Skully's eatery and Ott's Pasta.
Owner lives in the basement apartment. Separate entrance, so upstairs is private. Owner has one friendly Great Dane that stays inside unless owner is outside. If you don't want to have the dogs outside around the pool, the owner will keep them inside. They are very friendly and love kids.
The host's goal is to maintain VIP accommodations that are far superior to other competitors in the area. The owner is personally dedicated to ensuring your stay is awesome.
No parties without owner's special permission. Quite hours after 10pm. If you wish to bring pets, first discuss with owner. Unless owner gives permission, no non-paying guests can use the hot tub or pool without payment arrangement with owner. Pool (not artificially heated) will normally be open late March thru October, check with owner.

Summary: Todd, the owner was very responsive. The pool area was not as cleaned up as the photos showed. Might be due to being late in the season and so many fall leaves starting to fall. Hard to stay ahead of them but Todd tried.
