At only 10-15 minutes in the canals via boat, you’ll be out on the waters of Charlotte Harbor in no time. The boat dock, with electricity and water, are also great for easy cleanup after your day on the water.

Pool heat is an additional extra cost per week or extra cost per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.
