Beautiful, charming and very nicely decorated with a beach theme. It has 2 bedroom/2 bath with sit down white water ocean views located in the famous 'Pier Bowl' area of San Clemente. It honestly doesn't get much better than this. Enjoy relaxing, dining and entertaining on the 23 foot balcony overlooking the beach, pier, ocean while watching the surfers, dolphins or enjoying a beautiful southern California sunset.
Condo is equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home-including beach towels chairs/umbrella as well as books, magazines, movies, games and puzzles. Literally just steps to beach, ocean, pier, shopping as well as a abundant of restaurants to choose from.

Summary: Amazing location overlooking the pier. You can watch the surfers from the balcony. It is in easy walking distance to downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo is immaculate, well stocked, and has a nice beachy decor. We highly recommend this condo for your San Clemente stay.
