Summary: Breakfast was great. The room was clean but there was no heat and and I had trouble sleeping because it was so cold. Other guests were taking about it at breakfast so it's no just me.I complained but still no heat. I asked for a blanket which smelled. My coffee pot was broken. I asked for a new one but didn't get it so I had to go to the front desk where they gave me one in a box that I had to set up myself. At over $200 a night, I expect heat.
