Summary: There front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast options were great, however the staff did not keep the food filled. I heard at least 3 people ask if they were bringing more out and they were ignored, and we literally waited well over 30 minutes for the gravy to be restocked before finally leaving without getting the gravy. Not restocking the potatoes or sausage. They restocked the biscuits and the milk. All while the employees were standing at the entrance to the kitchen ignoring the requests of the people coming in for breakfast asking them if they were going to restock the food. The gravy literally never got refilled and sat empty during our entire breakfast. We have stayed here before and loved it, especially the breakfast. We tipped the serving staff last time and specifically brought cash to tip them again on this trip. Needless to say we kept our tip money. The staff was not efficient or attentive at all to the requests made by many guests, and they made many trips out to the buffet bar seeing the empty dishes and failed to refill the food. They just stood there watching people and chatting and ignoring the people who asked if they were bringing out more food to replenish the completely empty containers. We had such a great experience on our trip here last year we did not hesitate to book it again. Also, the hot tub was absolutely filthy. A gross film floating on the top and throughout the water is was truly disgusting. The pool was not much better.

Summary: Nice breakfast and dining area. The gravy was really watery and the butter was hard as a rock. The eggs were cold. Not the best food. Room was clean it just seemed small. The sink in front of the door was not a good idea.

Summary: The staff here IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! The low review is NOT BECAUSE OF THE STAFF THEY ARE AMAZING! The reason for the low stars is the beds. They are the worst. I’ve slept on a concrete floor that’s more comfortable. It’s so bad that next year we won’t be staying here. And we love this hotel for the breakfast and the staff.

Summary: Room was dirty Trash found around bed and behind night stand.
Chevk in coukdnt speak English. Plus zero personality.
Handicap shower sucked. The shower curtain is to short especially with a transfer bench instead of shiwer chair. I basically had water all over the bathroom floor. I have a prosthetic leg and it made for a dangerous situation. Parking lot is to tight for all of the atvs and trucks/trailers.

Summary: First and foremost, THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER!!!!
Now the reason the hotel itself NOT THE STAFF get a low rating from me. The beds are the absolute worst. I’d rather sleep on a concrete floor! The rooms smell musty from moisture, because of poor ventilation.
The staff is the friendliest there is. We come to this hotel for the last few years but this spring we are unfortunately going to stay in Custer simply because the beds are so uncomfortable. Which is sad because the breakfast and the staff are so amazing. They fix the beds and I’ll gladly return here.
