Boat dock and boat lift are available for guest use, however they are used at the guests risk and we will assume no liability for any damages or injuries incurred during use, and make no representation of compatibility to your boat. There is a second, PRIVATE boat dock directly behind the garage that is not included with the property and NOT for guest use.
