4 Bedroom House in St. Louis

Built in 1914, this 2000 Sq. Ft. historic house has been completely remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms and zoned heating and cooling. The 2nd floor laundry room is available for guest usage. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. The master suite has its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi, separate shower, dual sink basin and king bed.

The basement suite has its own full bathroom and full bed.

The 1st floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances and an island with a range hood. Natural light floods the first floor from the large windows. French doors let out onto the large deck which over looks the rear off street parking. The 1st floor has has its own half bath and a 3rd TV in the living room area.

Check-in is absolutely flexible as there is a coded lock on the front door. Check-out time is 12p but can be extended depending on the check-in time of the next guest.

Summary: This unit exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. The hosts were incredibly kind, and the space comfortably accommodated our large group. The living room and kitchen provided a wonderful gathering space for us to connect between our busy days. We would gladly stay here again!
