Main level has new hardwood flooring, bright open concept with spacious living room including new sofa with queen bed pullout, gas fireplace and large screen TV. Small outside patio off living room. Large Dining area with seating for 8, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances plus 3 piece main floor bathroom and stack-able en-suite laundry.
Upper floor has 2 good sized bedrooms. Master with new Queen bed, comfortable new duvets, plenty of storage,and flat screen TV.
2nd bedroom has new Double bunk with double mattress on bottom, and twin on top PLUS additional twin bed and TV. Play and Pack Playpen, portable highchair, sleds and pool floaties included.
Upper 4 piece bathroom with soaker tub includes double door access ( either from hallway or master bedroom)
North Star includes large, beautiful year round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, includes one free underground secure parking spot and bike storage.
