Summary: Contacted agent 5 times over 3 days to get extra car pass. She never called back. She finally said they are in the binder on the coffee table. It is posted 2 places that the hot tub was cleaned on Monday! We are on the beach on Friday and see a man in our unit doing something with the hot tub. We were quite upset that someone had come in with all of our personal belongs laying around. There was no notice that someone was coming. Agent said they clean Monday And Friday. Both signs say Monday, nothing about Friday!! Agent doesn’t seem to know much about anything. And there was sand in the hot tub. Not from us, already there! One burner on the stove doesn’t work. I tried calling when we saw the man in our unit and the emergency number went right to voice mail.Our stay was just ok. I wouldn’t rent from this agency again.
