Summary: Alexis the manager and Shawn the transportation coordinator made sure we all knew what was happening about the delays in Miami with the cruise and busses and shuttles with construction and the marathon. They handled the huge crowds well and made sure everyone got what they needed and to where we needed. Will not hesitate to stay again and use their services. Hotel was clean and breakfast was tasty.
