Decorated in a modern style this home is sure to please - Enjoy the space of two living rooms with comfortable sofas, flat screen TVs throughout and a fully equiped kitchen.
There are four comfortable bedrooms, two of which are master suites.
Each bedroom features comfortable mattresses and quality bed linens.The large master suite features a private en-suite with soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
The Master Suite has a King Size bed and is also equipped with a TV and DVD player. There is access directly to the pool too.
A further Queen bedroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each completes the line-up. The Queen en-suite and third shared bathroom both feature a bathtub with shower overhead.

The pool is a real feature with conservation views to the rear and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunshine!
The large open plan family room is the real hub of the home with comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and direct pool access. A library of DVDs is provided. There is also a small library of books if you prefer.
The separate sitting room at the front of the villa is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the theme parks. Cable TV is provided along with the DVD and a sound system.
The Kitchen offers a large fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher for your use with plenty of pots, pans and utensils too.
The formal dining room seats 6 and there is a large table in the breakfast area which also seats 6.
You can also sit at the breakfast bar for snacks ..... unless you prefer to sit at the table by the pool!
The beautiful pool is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is pool heating available on request and the deck is not overlooked to the rear for added privacy.
Ample loungers and a dining table with chairs also feature.
The fully equipped games room features a pool table, and a foosball table as well as both Wii and PlayStation games consoles for your enjoyment! There is a selection of video games for the consoles all linked to a flat screen TV on the wall.
There is a large washing machine and tumble dryer provided along with ironing board and an iron and an airer.
Entertainment
There is a library of books if you want to enjoy a good read by the pool.
But that's not the only library. The owners have provided a library of DVDs that you can watch using the DVD players in each of the living areas.
You will find a few children's board games in the cupboard in bedroom 3.
There is free internet access.
As well as all of that there is the option of plugging in your own chromecast device should you want to bring one with you or buy one from Wal-Mart.
Club Room
The HOA (Home Owners Association) provides a club house which you are free to use. There is a swimming pool and a gymnasium for those who are really energetic!
If you exhaust our library of books you will find a library there too.
