The spacious living area on the ground floor has an L-shaped seating area (TV corner), dining area, open-plan kitchen and guest toilet. Air conditioning for cooling and heating in the living room and master bedroom. 143cm Smart TV with internet access to streaming services. Small desk with comfortable office chair. Extensive security system with outdoor lights, motion detectors, camera surveillance and connected security service.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic electric stove, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, and an extra tap with filtered drinking water.
