Summary: The hotel needs a refresh. The room needed a full paint job, so did the hallway. The shower curtain was useless tons of water wound up on the floor. The guy at the front desk might be better off not dealing with customers. He acted like I was disturbing him while I checked in and out and he rudely pushed past me as I was trying to maneuver a luggage cart out of the elevator. Maybe something was happening in his life or possibly I reminded hom.of someone he does not like. If it happened once I would understand, dealing with the public is challenging but it happened every time I had to deal with him. The bright spot was the breakfast and the hospitality of the woman who was working on the breakfast room. She was kind, helpful and cheerful and people were in and out, things got spilled etc. Everything and everyone that I observed was handled with a smile and kindness. Basically the exact opposite of the front desk experience. I would never stay at this property again and do not recommended it.
