Unwind at this cozy, north woods retreat. Plenty of parking for vehicles, boats/trailers, snowmobiles and more. Walk in to a spacious common area including a mounted tv with Dish Network, a table and chairs for puzzles, games or additional dining, two pull-out couches and a futon for your larger gatherings. Puzzles, cards and games are provided for hours of fun. There are two bedrooms off the living room with full size/double beds. Walk from the common area to a short hallway and you will find a laundry closet, bathroom and the master bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom is newly renovated with a beautiful, custom-built hickory vanity. Off of the common area in the opposite direction is the kitchen/dining area featuring plentiful counter space for large meal prepping and cooking. For your convenience, there are several small appliances available including a keurig, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster and blender. The door off the kitchen leads to a large, flat, grassy lot just steps from Blueberry Lake. You will enjoy the rare sandy beach frontage with a dock to tie your boat to or fish from. Watch the sunset and enjoy the night with a lakeside fire ring including bench seating. This property is near thousands of acres of public land with the local snowmobile trail crossing the lake in front of the cabin and the ATV trailhead just up the road. This destination would be perfect for such occasions as a family vacation, a friends get-together, a hunting or fishing trip, a snowmobiling or ATVing trip or perhaps something as simple as a quiet retreat to the tranquility of the north woods.
