Summary: Our stay in the 1-bedroom unit had several drawbacks that future guests should know about. The biggest issue was privacy: both the living area and bedroom have large ground-level windows facing a busy sidewalk, so opening the blinds for natural light means being fully visible to people walking by. With the blinds closed, the apartment feels very dark, especially since the main living area has no ceiling lights and only one dim lamp. The shower was also difficult to use. The water pressure was low, which made rinsing and washing hair harder, and there was no shelf or ledge for soap or shampoo, so everything had to go on the floor. The unit was also very minimal on supplies. There were no basic kitchen items like coffee, salt, pepper, or oil, only two small rolls of toilet paper for two guests, and just two bath towels total. To be fair, these issues were specific to the 1-bedroom unit. Based on the photos, the 2-bedroom units may not have the same privacy or layout concerns, which may help explain why the overall Hotels.com rating is higher than our experience would suggest. Overall, this unit could be improved quite a bit with better lighting, more privacy, improved shower functionality, and a few basic guest supplies.
