Nestled over 2 acres of pines, oaks, and cypress directly on majestic Rainbow River in Dunnellon, FL. Located on Rainbow River one mile down from KP Hole, restful and serene. Rainbow River is a pristine, crystal clear, spring feed river.
This property was built in 2018, quality and custom construction featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There is an open floor plan with and expansive back porch. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large smart TV in the living room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom with double sinks. The master bedroom also includes a fold out couch that could accommodate 2 small children. French doors that has access to the back-porch with views of world class Rainbow River. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, these bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a Full Laundry room for your comfort. No better way to get closer to nature than a beautiful outside shower located outside of the mud room.
Watch the tubers and kayaks come down during the day and the otters play in the afternoon. There is 2 Kayaks and 1 paddle-board for your use in very large backyard with dock. Very serene and peaceful property. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

Summary: Dragonfly Cottage exceeded my family's expectations! The access to kayaks, paddle boards, and other river toys gave my children plenty of activities to do. I was worried we would not see any otters, but they finally made an appearance on the last afternoon of our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan to come back again.
