Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, except for the owner's closets and storage areas, which are locked.
To be considerate to neighbors, we allow only 4 cars to be parked at any given time and only one car can be parked on the street in front of the house and two cars in the drive-way, 4th car needs to be parked on the adjacent street, details will be sent in email, with picture of parking space, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund if there are more than 4 cars on the property.
We also have quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation , without a refund, to avoid any disturbance to neighbors beyond 10 PM.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our family reunion - gathering family of all ages from across the country for 5 days! Kids (young & old!) LOVED the "movie theater room" and books/puzzles/toys along with other comfortable spaces to eat, visit and enjoy each other's company. The location allowed us to take advantage of the nearby air museum, local zoo, parks, grocery store/restaurants/ice cream shops just a few minutes away and also take the metro into DC to tour the National Mall and historic sites. Host was friendly and very responsive to any questions! Plenty of bathrooms, hot water, and very comfy beds for everyone! Just a note (for anyone with accessibility concerns) that there is a beautiful small bathroom/sink on the main floor but all full bathrooms with shower/bathtub facilities are in the basement or upper level. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
