This home is tucked away on a quiet country road in a lovely wooded setting, just minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. There is a large front yard perfect for outdoor activities like cornhole and ladder golf or even a family game of wiffleball.
Inside you enjoy an open floor plan. The 1st floor features beautiful kitchen featuring handmade cabinetry, dining area, living room, laundry room and recently renovated bathroom. Upstairs you'll find 5 bedrooms with TVs and 2 additional bathrooms with combo tub/shower.
From the rear covered porch you will overlook a lovely spring fed pond, full of frogs. There is a fire pit in the backyard, perfect for family campfires. Enjoy star gazing on those beautiful upstate New York summer nights. You'll be sure to relax and decompress while at Edgewood.
