Summary: Check in was easy and smooth. Finding property also easy. Idk if we were supposed to turn on hot tub a day early but I flipped breaker giving it 2-3 hrs to heat up but when it got dark we found water to still be cold. Family was really excited to use that tub, but couldn’t. While showering this morning my girlfriend heard water dripping or running in bedroom to the left. Found existing water damaged wall. Not much to do in West Point, everything is 30 minutes away. Home was clean. Pictures led us to believe back patio area was cleaner, yard needs maintenance. Great host but felt home missing things
