Positive: The hotel looked well kept as did the rooms.

Negative: The television in one of the rooms wasn’t working and I was told that a staff member would take a look at it; however, when I checked with the staff, he said I needed to “deal with it” until tomorrow because he wasn’t going to look at it until then. When I said that was unacceptable and requested a new room nearby my second room, he told me that my family and I could leave and check into the Best Western because they have nice rooms. Needless to say, me, my daughter-in-law and my two young grandchildren felt very unwelcome and packed up and left. I will not stay there again and I will not recommend them to anyone. We stayed at a very nice Holiday Inn and they had a wonderful staff.
