Positive: I love this beautiful hotel year round, but at Christmas time it is magical place. The tree in the lobby is beautifully decorated, and it brings so much joy to all who enter the hotel.

Negative: I would like the decorating team to bring back the Christmas village that used to be on display. Is this possible?
