Located in the lively Coolidge Corner area in Brookline but in a quiet neighborhood, this apartment fully renovated in 2022 offers a perfect place for a family. Walking distance to Trader Joe's (groceries), pharmacy, bars and restaurants, parks and the Charles River, 20 min to the heart of Boston in public transportation or bicycle!
This is a 2 levels unit (first floor and elevated basement). On the 1st floor: living room, open kitchen and dining area, 1 deck and 1 porch, 1 parents bedroom (queen bed), 1 kids bedroom (2 little beds) and 2 bathrooms. On the lower level: 1 bedroom (2 twin beds), 1 family room (with 1 sofa bed), 1 bathroom (on demand to be discussed: one peloton/fitness room).
Please reach out for any request, we are very open to reduced price for a long stay or for a situation for people in needs (for example, very happy to facilitate at a very low fee the stay of someone which would need a place to stay close to the longwood hospital area for visiting someone in care!).
