This large home in the Saint Tropez community is prominently located on the lagoon pool and is only 200 meters away from the private beach access. The gated community of Saint Tropez is lined with cobblestone streets and lush tropical foliage.
Sea Song's tropical amenities include a large lagoon pool, a heated spa pool, grand balconies overlooking the pool neighborhood, and abundant activities for the whole family. The living room TV features over 1000 free movies and shows. All rooms contain a flat-screen tv. Sea Song is within walking distance of the grocery store, dozens of restaurants, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall. You can also walk out the front gate, ride a bike, or stroll along the famous beach road at the neighborhood's entrance.

2nd Floor - Sleeps 4: Master Bedroom #1 with King bed, Balcony overlooking the Resort Pool, and Bathroom | Queen Bedroom with Bathroom.
3rd Floor Sleeps 6: King Bedroom #2 with 2 Twin Bunks | Queen Bedroom #2 with a shared bathroom and balcony overlooking the Resort Pool.
This home has four beach chairs and a beach wagon for your convenience.
No Trailers, RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles are allowed in the subdivision. The driveway has parking for two vehicles. We do not offer additional parking. Any additional vehicles would have to find public parking in the nearby city of Destin.
Small dogs are allowed for “snowbirds” from October - February only. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees as small dogs must be approved in advance in writing.
Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.

Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the responsibility of guests to purchase any additional items needed.
The spa pool is heated all year and the lagoon pool is not heated.

* This home is in a luxury community, and large events/parties are prohibited. You may not exceed the capacity of 12 people in the home without written permission.
Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!
