Summary: The lot was great and accurately described. However as a first time Vrbo user and loft renter I never received any check in details and I assumed there’d be a check in desk or something like a hotel. It took over 2 hrs of searching circling knocking on surrounding businesses doors only to eventually realize there was a second email sent from the property manager to verify identity before receiving check in instructions. That being said, the kids missed the event we had planned for that evening. I was extremely late baking the custom cake that needed baking and surely want able to finish the job before check out. Had I been made aware to be on the look out for an additional email with check in instructions this staff wolfs have been top tier! So much valuable time was lost.
