6 Bedroom House in Bloomington

Great for families, graduation or IU sporting events. Six bedrooms (13 beds total) w/ large patio, hot tub, privacy fence and pool table. Three miles South of IU campus, ten minute walk to YMCA, 15 minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs are allowed on the first floor. Hot tub is open all year.

You will have the entire house to yourselves and I have a keyless lock for your arrival. But I am always available to answer any of your questions before or during your trip and will fix any problems you may encounter at my place. Previous guests have told me I provide faster service than a hotel.
Parties are allowed, but I must be notified and give approval.

I live in a lovely upper middle class neighborhood full of trees and gardens.

60" Plasma TV with blu-ray player and streaming (Roku) to the TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBOGO.

The pool table, washer and dryer are in the garage and the space is available for guest access.

6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, hot tub, sun room, patio, privacy fence, split level, with a living room on both levels. The house has 14 rooms.

There are 2 bus lines a short walking distance from my house. Their are bike paths which lead to downtown, IU and the mall which start just 2 blocks from my house.

The house has beds for 26 guests. Their are memory foam mattresses for the floor to accommodate additional guests

If you are bringing more than 6 vehicles please inform me at booking. I may have to arrange additional parking.

In addition to my nightly charge I have a $300 cleaning fee and an extra guest fee of $30 per night per guest, for more than 6 guests.

When booking Airbnb will automatically total all these charges up to 16 guests. For more than 16, I will make a manual adjustment to total price.

Summary: When a dozen boys hit it off freshman year on their dorm floor, the moms eventually all met and hit it off. The moms have been meeting once a year since and this is our go to house as it’s big enough to have all of our boys over one night for a home cooked meal. The boys love the party garage and the moms love the open living room/ dining room where we can all hang out. Well stocked. Only issue is the basement was a bit cold since it was so cold outside but the owner kindly brought over extra space heaters. Will miss this place when they graduate in 3 months!
