Farmhouse/cape cod style home on private cul-de-sac with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. House has central heat and A/C, ceiling fans in each bedroom and dual pane windows to provide comfort in all types of weather.
House is completely newly remodeled from floors to roof including plumbing, electrical, and gas lines. Pool is ideal for hot summer days.
Amenities include full laundry, gas stove/oven, pots and pans. Microwave, coffee maker, and blender is available for use. No food or drink perishables provided. Has sets of plates, bowls, spoons, knives, forks, and basic utensils for cooking.

Summary: We really enjoyed this property immensely. There was a lot of open space for communal eating and watching TV. The pool was a hit for the kids. We didn’t use the spa, but we were able to get it operational, we just ran out of time to use it by the time we tried to turn it on. The location is great because it was quiet, serene, and near major roads. There were several stores and coffee shops nearby. Our group included 2 kids (12 and 9) and 3 adults (1couple and 1 single), and we had plenty of space to spread out, especially including the back yard. I would stay here again for sure because the home had pretty much everything you can imagine for a week long stay. The host was VERY responsive, friendly, and kind so we highly recommend this home and host!
