Located 2 miles from Phipps Plaza/Lenox Mall. This two story, 5-bedroom home is approx.4200 square feet with a private backyard and infinity edge pool. ##The house will be fully decorated with full size tree starting November 1st#Fully equipped modern kitchen with off street parking for 5 cars. Three bedrooms are located on main level and two upstairs with their own living area. Master bedroom with luxury master bath/jetted tub is a retreat overlooking the pool. Screened in porch and mosquito free backyard with gas grill. Pool is open year-round; renter has option to pay an additional $50 per night to heat the pool. Renter must sign an additional owner's agreement.
