Summary: Room was adequate. Staff OK. Rates were exorbitant and none of the discounts promised were applied. I am a retired veteran eligible for Military discount as well as a member of AARP. None were allowed. I suppose the registration process was less than clear and consequently I was misled regarding how to register and get the appropriate dicounts.
