Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The property was very clean and the man that checked us in was so nice and helpful! I wish I got his name. The breakfast was also really good.

Negative: That the WiFi went out. I selected this hotel because I had an early meeting Monday morning. I figured this place would be better and have better amenities than the surrounding cheaper hotels. The guy that was at the front desk insinuated that it was an issue on my phone and proceeded to show me the network was fine by showing me he was watching tik tok live on his personal phone. He later came over to tell me that the network was down and there was nothing he could do. I ran a casino hotel for 7 years and know that I have to either call the provider or try to find some solution but this was not done. It was the first meeting I have missed in years and I was not happy about it.
