Hummingbird Hill has a Spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen and dining room is equipped with all your needs to entertain while you're here. The Master Bedroom(King Bed) and Bath is located on the main floor with a large picture window that has a gorgeous view. The Master Bath features a large Walk in Shower and jacuzzi tub. There is a patio out back on main floor with a charcoal grill. The 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms. 1-bedroom has 1- Queen Bed and 1-daybed/trundle bed. The other bedroom located upstairs has 1-Queen Bed and 1- antique iron cot size bed( for Kids). A spacious Sunroom is located on 2nd floor also.
