Located in the middle of the Commons and a quick walk or bike from downtown Traverse City, SUITE 318 is the perfect place for your family or group of friends to stay while exploring Up North. We love our home and know you will too.
This beautiful and well-appointed condo features a gourmet kitchen complete with a library ladder, antique apothecary cabinet and plenty of space for family and friends. Natural light floods in the first floor with its 13 foot ceilings. Beautiful views of the front lawn abound including peek-a-boo views of the bay.
Each bath is a full bathroom, 1 bathroom features a jetted tub and another features a massive soaking tub.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom is on the first floor and has queen bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bath with jetted tub.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs bedroom with a queen bed (2nd floor). Adjacent to its own bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Master Suite with king size bed and attached master bath (2nd floor).
Bedroom 4: It is accessible through the master bedroom (up an additional level on 3rd floor) with a small opening between it and the master bedroom. A double bed is provided in this room.
