This modern, timeless Isle of Palms vacation cottage is enhanced by vaulted ceilings and numerous skylights. Colorful accents are tastefully displayed, providing a subtle reminder of the nearby beach. The gorgeous kitchen features top of the line appliances and everything you need to make a delicious meal! Enjoy movies, games, or your favorite book in the cozy open flow living area. The home's open floor plan continues on as you enter the spacious sun room. The sun room offers a great place to relax year round with lots of light, a huge comfy sectional couch, and an adorable breakfast nook that overlooks the secluded back yard! Open the windows and let the ocean breeze drift in, or step out on to the spacious back porch and enjoy some quiet relaxation in the afternoon sun.

Summary: House was clean and very nice. Previous tenants put trash in recycle bin. Trash can was filled and attracted a lot of flies near the steps to the upstairs. Overall had a wonderful time.
