Four words describe our Condo in paradise… A SLICE OF HEAVEN!
With three bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, our spacious 1450 square foot Condo is more like a cottage or bungalow than the typical condo/hotel room you find on the island. | We have a wonderful breeze and sheltered shaded location. Also for your comfort, the home has a Quad-Zone AC system and ceiling fans in every room. Two of our bathrooms have ceiling fans as well. Our unit is cool and very comfortable all year.
Our island home is a single story, lower unit with no long flights of stairs or long corridors to traverse. You'll find our immaculate, tastefully decorated Condo relaxing, welcoming, and spacious and will love the recently upgraded features. We regularly touch up paint the walls and upgrade the furniture and appliances to keep our unit as pristine as possible.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Master Bedroom – (one king bed); Bedroom two -(two twin beds – made into a king upon request); Bedroom three – (one queen bed and one queen sofa sleeper). Living Room – Queen Sofa Bed. We also have a Twin Aero bed and a child's Pack 'N Play travel crib. No carpet in condo, laminate flooring throughout. 5 steps up to the entrance of this building - No Elevators. One parking stall is assigned to unit.

Come have a FIRST CLASS experience at the beautiful Kahana Outrigger. It's all been thought out! The amenities are here with all the detail you'd expect from a spectacular ocean-front experience.
NEW high-end AC units in each room allow for maximum comfort and reduced noise (May 2018)! This is one of very few units in the complex that now offers a split system for air conditioning (as opposed to the older, window mounted air conditioning units). The recently installed Fujitsu system provides a comfortable, consistent and quiet indoor environment, all while being environmentally friendly. Cools the rooms in a matter of minutes and allows you to easily control the temperature room-by-room.
Property also offers top-of-the-line upgrades including granite counter tops, teak cabinetry, newer master bath and tile floors, HDTV, stereo with Bose speakers and iPod dock, WiFi, wonderful beds…whatever you prefer, it's likely here. As great as the interior is though, the lanai seems to be the gravitational center of the condo! It doesn't matter whether you're enjoying a book, a drink, or holding a loved one…the views from the lanai simply won't be forgotten.
