Summary: The layout of the house worked well for our family. There are two separate bedroom areas with a large open common space in-between. The kitchen has well used cookware and lacks small appliances (eg. toaster, crockpot), There were several small maintenance/repairs items needing addressing (eg. loose toilet seats, lawn not mowed, broiler not working in oven). Also, the house was clean but not deep clean (eg. closets not vacuumed, floor was sticky, mirrors smeared, no extra rolls of toilet paper). We had a small issue with getting access to the house upon arrival, but the manager was very responsive and helpful with getting us in. The house is in a central location with good access to a grocery store, restaurants and activities.
