Lakefront property & house on 1-acre on Pontsoosuc Lake in western MA, 2600 sq.ft 3 bedrooms / 2.5 baths, attached garage, in the heart of the Berkshires. New England - Cape Cod style property with open concept interior; tasteful, clean, and comfortable furnishings. Multiple work space options for keeping up with work on-the-fly while enjoying all that lake life has to offer.
A large primary suite (King) sits on one side of the home, w/ two guest bedrooms (King, Queen) on the other end of the house. The three bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and set up for relaxation. The master / primary en-suite includes an over-sized tub as well as a stand-up shower.
Kitchen, dining, and living room areas are spacious and open, with high ceilings & skylights. Large screen hi-def flat screen tv in the main living room also has gas fireplace and a private library. Den overlooking the lake has a smaller tv; both TV's have Roku devices for access to streaming services. New washer & dryer available in full laundry room.

Summary: Very clean, well stocked property. There is plenty of space and it was perfect for our girls’ weekend. Lake access was great and the yard was nice for relaxing by the water. The venue next door did have a wedding Saturday night but the noise was at a reasonable level for us as a group of adults who even appreciated the joy of the event. Hosts offered flexibility with check in and check out which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
