Summary: Property company always available if anything was needed. Check in process was seamless. Came here with my family of 11, little too small for us. Only 1 bathroom up for a queen room and 4 bunk room. We had a blow up mattress in the loft as well (“pull out couch” was too small). Propane tanks were empty but staff quick to respond via text and brought a new one. We also had a broken sliding door which they came to try to fix but couldn’t, not ideal situation. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit! House came with canoes and paddle board which were used everyday! We brought our own floaties too which helped. I would suggest some sort of hose or outdoor water source bc the sand was hard to get off everything before going back up to the house. We had a blast, but it was smaller than expected, for us, not properties fault obviously. We had 9 adults and 2 12 years olds for reference. Kitchen was clean and large dining table was perfect. I still would recommend this house, just for a smaller group than what is advertised for sleeping.
