Positive: Location is central with all different kind of stores available within 5 min drive. Management within the society was pretty cooperative and helpful. Ample parking space was another plus.

Negative: My recent stay revealed several significant issues that weren't mentioned in the listing. The building has no elevator, which I discovered only after booking, and when I asked for help, I was told porter service would cost $150. LAnding support team claimed they couldn't list this information on Booking.com, which isn't accurate since hosts control their listing details. The check-in process was also challenging. Even though my reservation was confirmed on Booking.com, it didn't sync with the required Landing app. I had to contact Landing support to update my reservation, and they requested personal information like SSN (which isn't necessary if you've already paid). To add to the inconvenience, you need to install a separate app just to update the gate code. I'm sharing this to help future guests plan better and avoid surprises. While the property might work for some, these details should be clearly communicated upfront.

Summary: Good location but hidden problems: no elevator and complicated check-in system make stays difficult.
