Summary: The property was clean and spacious. The access gate to the subdivision was broken and wouldn't open so we had to access the property from the exit gate. The hot tub did not work and there were missing fan remotes so the fans couldn't be turned on without the lights working. Theses issues were reported to the owners both via email, text, and phone. There were communication issues as the maintenance line went straight to message and was not monitored. We got a response via text and a pool service was sent out out the next day after our arrival. Even after the pool service left the hot tub didn't work and there were no instructions to turn it on. Again we reached out and had to go to reservations to get in touch with property management. Their client service personnel were not accommodating but we were later contacted by another rep who did resolve the issue and got the hot tub working. The fan issue was never resolved. Overall it was a nice stay, Quiet neighborhood, and a nice accomodations.
